What is a Trial Run?

You’ll join 6–8 fellow business owners who, like you, have completed the Founders Transition Readiness Assessment. Once we confirm there are no conflicts of interest, we’ll align on a virtual meeting date and ask everyone to agree to confidentiality.

This complimentary Trial Run gives you a real feel for the Lab. You’ll take part in a guided group exercise that isn’t personally intrusive but surfaces meaningful insights. By the end, most participants know whether FTL is the right fit. We’re not for everyone—but if we’re for you, we are really for you.
