ELI ASSESSMENT

Transform your Approach to Work and LiFe

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.

The ELI Measures:

  • Your ability to lead people, including yourself, to take positive, productive and sustainable action.

  • Your involvement and engagement in your roles on the job, and at home.

  • Your energetic reaction to stress so you recognize and modify undesirable reactions.

When used with teams, the findings are magnified, reflecting the aggregate energy of the group. The results shine a light on individual contributions to the team’s collective energy, supporting development of new strategies to address cultural concerns.

The Metrics of Mindset

The ELI assessment explores your attitudes — on good days, and when under stress. Studies demonstrate a direct correlation between energy level and life satisfaction. It is given at the beginning and throughout the coaching process, to measure progress and demonstrate the return on the investment you are making in yourself, your family or family business.

  • The ELI contains 70 questions (10 measuring each energy level)

  • It measures your degree of satisfaction relative to leadership ability, family relationships, work relationships, engagement level, communication skills, productivity, time management and more

  • It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete

  • Once complete you receive a digital copy of your report

  • It includes a complimentary debrief session with Lisa or Chris which takes approximately one hour

360° Feedback,
for your family or team

Founder and Spouse

When used in a family or family business/team environment, the ELI leverages the popular 360° approach where individuals are selected to rate the person being evaluated according to their observations. This feedback is compiled and presented to the individual, comparing the group’s results to their self evaluation.

Suited for anyone who has been identified to advance to a leadership position in an organization, or as a tool to address performance issues, the 360° helps an individual see themselves through others’ eyes.
