Once a month, for a focused 2-hour session. Your cohort will settle on a recurring day and time that works for everyone. This cadence is intentional: not too frequent to be overwhelming, but consistent enough to create real momentum and meaningful change over time.

After you complete your Readiness Assessment and, optionally, a Trial Run, we use your results across the six pillars and mindset patterns to create a balanced, confidential group. Our goal is to align founders who are in compatible emotional and strategic seasons, so conversations feel relevant, personal, and catalytic.

Every cohort is co-led by Chris and Lisa, who alternate leading the monthly sessions. Together, they bring a balance of lived founder experience and deep coaching insight.
