I am in a season of action.
The pace has been crazy since meeting Chris Evans and teaming up to create the Founder’s Transition Lab. What began as a simple idea sparked a fire in both of us—and for nine months, we’ve been pouring gasoline on it.
In time, ideation gave way to a fully formed vision. Our rough content outline evolved into an insight-rich curriculum. And our shared curiosity about founder psychology morphed into our own readiness to start something big—even at our so-called “advanced” ages.
This is the kind of productivity that creates impact without draining energy. Our creative partnership fuels our spirit, even across time zones.
Chris is five hours ahead of me, which means I wake up each morning to an enthusiastic flurry of what he’s produced the day before. For him, it’s probably less ideal—my late-night emails and texts hit his inbox around midnight, giving him the screaming thinkies just as he’s tucking into bed.
But it’s been good. So very good.
